The baby is floating in the pool of water so if you exercise it is not going to affect your baby. The only thing you need to consider is if you have not done exercise any time before it is recommended that you start exercise with the help of a trainer.

5) Having sex during pregnancy will affect the baby.

          Your baby is floating in a pool of water which is surrounded by a thick uterus which means that when you have sex it is not going to affect your baby. You should avoid sex if your doctor advises you to do so and if you have any health complications. So sex will affect the baby is also a complete myth.

6) Pregnant women should not sleep on their back.

7) Vaginal delivery is not possible after a cesarean delivery.

I can give myself as the best example as I myself had a vaginal delivery after a cesarean delivery. However, for this you should have a normal pregnancy with no other potential risks where doctors would recommend for cesarean to keep you and your baby safe. Or the above statement will go true if you choose to have a cesarean delivery.

8) Hot water bath is harmful.

   You can take warm water bath it is absolutely fine but when you take hot water bath it may increase your body temperature and may lead to dehydration. Usually, when you are pregnant you may feel your body is little warmer than usual. So most of them would not recommend hot water bath but that does not mean if you have a hot water bath it will affect your baby.

9) Eating peanuts will make new born allergic to it.

            Peanuts has the good source of nutrients. There is no evidence that eating peanuts can make your baby allergic to peanuts. You are supposed to avoid peanuts only if you are allergic to that or your doctor has advised to do so.

10) Creams can help curing stretch marks.

11) Morning sickness occurs only in the morning.

                Morning sickness occurs only in the morning is a myth. However, morning sickness can occur anytime in the day. It is named as morning sickness as usually when you wake up early in the morning your stomach will be empty and the acid levels will be high which may lead to vomiting. Hence, it doesn’t mean that morning sickness will occur only in the morning.

12) Heartburn means your baby has lots of hair.
